Privacy Policy

Last Updated: June 19, 2026

At EventEco, we prioritize the privacy and security of your personal and event operational datasets. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, process, and protect your information when using our infrastructure.

1. Information Collection

We collect information that is necessary to facilitate high-capacity event registrations and access control workflows, including:

  • Registration Information: Participant full names, organizational affiliations, email addresses, and contact numbers.
  • Telemetry Data: Real-time entrance log records, security checkpoint clearance scans, and system performance metrics.
  • Administrative Data: Administrator credentials, role permissions, and system configurations.

2. How We Use Information

Information processed through EventEco is exclusively utilized to:

  • Deploy and manage zone-based physical and digital access badges.
  • Deliver live check-in analytics and demographic heatmaps to event administrators.
  • Maintain operational uptime, resolve support tickets, and prevent credential security breaches.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade event participant datasets. Data is only shared with authorized sub-processors (such as email delivery nodes, database engines, or physical turnstile scanner networks) strictly to the extent required to execute your event infrastructure operations.

4. Data Security & Storage

All participant and credentials records are encrypted in transit via TLS and at rest using AES-256 standards. Our operational databases reside in secure, ISO/IEC 27001 compliant cloud servers, ensuring maximum defense-in-depth security.

5. Retention & Jurisdiction

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to perform operations for designated events, or as dictated by regional governmental compliance policies. Administrators can invoke bulk data deletions or exports directly from their centralized command consoles.

6. Contact Us
