Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: June 19, 2026
Welcome to the EventEco Platform. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of EventEco's centralized event management infrastructure, applications, and services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, deploying, or utilizing our software, products, or services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a government body, corporation, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.
2. Scope of Service & License
EventEco provides secure, high-throughput digital event infrastructure for large-scale registration, physical access control, turnstile integration, and real-time telemetry analytics. Subject to compliance with these Terms, EventEco grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for your designated events.
3. Infrastructure Use & Prohibitions
You agree to use the platform solely for lawful operational purposes. You shall not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any core logic or Lottie-based visual subsystems.
- Exceed authorized checkpoint transaction volume limits without prior system provisioning.
- Interfere with check-in telemetry synchronization mechanisms or bypass database access layers.
4. Security & Data Management
EventEco enforces strict AES-256 encryption protocols for QR-code pass generation and credential storage. Customers are responsible for configuring appropriate user access controls, protecting admin API credentials, and ensuring compliance with local data protection regulations inside their jurisdiction.
5. Support & Service Level Agreement
Enterprise and government accounts are supported under custom Service Level Agreements (SLAs). While we maintain sub-20ms real-time synchronization latency under normal circumstances, standard support inquiries are resolved within standard operating hours.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EventEco and Shrameco Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from database downtime, temporary access control hardware disconnection, or incorrect participant credentials.
